I quit my corporate job!

I have some exciting news to share...

On January 9th, I left my corporate job.

If you've been following along, you know that I have been building Drishti Quest for a while now in partnership with my co-founder and husband. What you might not know is how difficult it was for me, balancing essentially two full-time jobs: corporate program manager by day, entrepreneur by night (and weekends).

Since creating the business in May 2025, I'd felt stuck about taking the leap to fully commit to my business.

For months, I told myself that holding onto my salary was "being responsible." But when I finally put that belief through the same process I built for others—when I really examined what was underneath it—I realized it had nothing to do with responsibility.

I was scared. Terrified, actually, of trading a guaranteed paycheck for the uncertainty of betting on myself.

The irony of it all was that I'd spent years helping other people name their limiting beliefs. And I had a massive blind spot about my own.

Once I could see it clearly, I couldn't unsee it. And as someone once told me, "you gotta eat your own dog food!" (A gross analogy, but a good reminder to practice what you preach...)

So I followed my own process to work through this fear, made the brave decision to leave my salary, and here's what happened next....

In the 27 days since I left my corporate job, we've accomplished more than we did in the previous 8 months combined: a full website rebuild, a refined program based on real beta tester feedback, and a brand new free trial exercise I'm really excited about.

That's what happens when you stop splitting your energy between the life you're holding onto and the one you're trying to build.
