These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find Your Focus program, the drishtiquest.com website, and NorAI, our AI-powered personal development assistant (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Agentia Vitae, LLC, doing business as Drishti Quest ("Drishti Quest," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
The Service is currently available only to individuals located in the United States. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are located in the United States and are at least 18 years of age. If we determine that you do not meet these requirements, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and recovery codes. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Because your NorAI conversations are encrypted with a key derived from your password, losing both your password and all recovery codes will result in permanent loss of your encrypted data. We cannot recover this data for you.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@drishtiquest.com.
The Service
Find Your Focus is a self-paced personal development program that includes structured exercises, guided content, and NorAI, an AI-powered assistant. When you purchase Find Your Focus, you receive access to the program for its lifetime. "Lifetime" means for as long as Drishti Quest continues to offer the program — it does not guarantee perpetual availability. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
Payment and Refunds
Payment for Find Your Focus is processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
AI Disclaimer
NorAI is an AI assistant designed for personal development exercises. It is powered by technology from Anthropic, a third-party AI provider.
NorAI is not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or financial advisor. The program and NorAI are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional medical, mental health, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
NorAI may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should not rely on factual assertions from NorAI without independently verifying their accuracy.
Your use of NorAI is at your own discretion and risk. Drishti Quest is not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on NorAI's responses.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Find Your Focus program — including text, exercises, images, and design — is owned by Drishti Quest and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share program content without our written permission.
Your NorAI conversations belong to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you write in your conversations with NorAI.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drishti Quest's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Drishti Quest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on NorAI's responses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from within the Service or by contacting us at privacy@drishtiquest.com. Upon account closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or to Drishti Quest, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a Terms violation, we will provide reasonable notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
