Agentia Vitae, LLC, doing business as Drishti Quest ("Drishti Quest," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Find Your Focus program and the drishtiquest.com website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

This policy applies to all users of our website, the Find Your Focus program, and NorAI, our AI-powered personal development assistant. The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The Service is currently available only to individuals located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States and have joined our international waitlist, Section 11 of this policy describes how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information from third-party services that help us operate the Service.

Information You Provide

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Authentication is handled through our account provider, Clerk. If you sign in using a third-party service (such as Google), we receive your name and email address from that provider.
  • Payment information. When you purchase Find Your Focus, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card details and billing address. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe provides us only with a transaction confirmation, billing country, and the last four digits of your card.
  • NorAI conversations. When you interact with NorAI, your messages are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before being stored. We cannot decrypt your stored conversations without your password. During AI processing, your messages are temporarily sent over a secure connection to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate responses. We do not retain unencrypted conversation content after processing is complete. See Section 6 for more details.
  • Communications. If you contact us at privacy@drishtiquest.com or through any other channel, we collect the content of your message and your contact information.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data. We track how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, program progress, and trial funnel activity (such as whether you started or completed the free trial). This data is associated with your account and helps us understand how people use Find Your Focus.
  • Analytics data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized data about website traffic, including page views, referral sources, and general browser and device information. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies for tracking.
  • Device information. When you access the Service, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser type, operating system, and screen size.

Information From Third Parties

  • Clerk. If you authenticate using a third-party provider (such as Google) through Clerk, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
  • Stripe. After a payment is completed, Stripe shares transaction details with us, including billing country, payment status, and a truncated card identifier.
  • Resend. Resend delivers transactional emails on our behalf (such as purchase confirmations). Resend receives your email address to perform this function.
  • ConvertKit. If you opt in to marketing emails or subscribe to our newsletter, ConvertKit receives your email address. ConvertKit also tracks email engagement (such as opens and clicks) to help us improve our communications.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To deliver the Service

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide access to the Find Your Focus program and its content
  • Power NorAI conversations by sending your messages to our AI provider, Anthropic, for processing
  • Process payments through Stripe

To improve the Service

  • Analyze usage patterns and trial funnel activity to understand how people engage with Find Your Focus
  • Monitor website performance and traffic through Vercel Analytics
  • Identify and fix technical issues

To communicate with you

  • Send transactional emails related to your account (such as purchase confirmations and password resets)
  • Respond to your questions or support requests
  • Send marketing emails and product announcements if you have opted in
  • Send newsletter emails if you have subscribed to our newsletter
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails and newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email

To protect the Service

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your NorAI conversations to train AI models or for any purpose other than generating your AI responses in real time.

AI & NorAI Disclosures

NorAI is an artificial intelligence assistant built into the Find Your Focus program. It is designed to support your personal development through guided reflection exercises and structured conversations. This section explains how NorAI works and what you should know about interacting with it.

NorAI is AI, not a human

When you use NorAI, you are interacting with an AI system, not a human being. NorAI is powered by technology from Anthropic, a third-party AI provider. No human at Drishti Quest reads, monitors, or participates in your NorAI conversations.

NorAI is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice

NorAI is a personal development tool for educational purposes only. It is not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or financial advisor. NorAI is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

AI output accuracy

NorAI may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should not rely on factual assertions from NorAI without independently verifying their accuracy. NorAI is designed to ask questions and guide reflection — not to provide authoritative answers.

How your conversations are processed

When you send a message to NorAI, the following happens:

  1. Your message is sent over a secure connection from your browser to our server.
  2. Our server forwards your message to Anthropic's API to generate a response. During this step, your message is temporarily in plaintext on our server and at Anthropic.
  3. Anthropic processes your message and returns a response. Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf — they do not use your conversations for their own purposes or to train AI models. Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, except where retention is required to enforce their Usage Policy or comply with the law.
  4. Your message and NorAI's response are encrypted using a key derived from your password and stored in our database. Once encrypted, we cannot read the stored content without your password.

No AI training

Your NorAI conversations are never used to train or improve AI models — not by Drishti Quest and not by Anthropic. Anthropic operates as a data processor under their Commercial Terms, meaning they process your data solely on our behalf and do not retain it for independent use. Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days of receipt. In limited cases — such as when a conversation is flagged for a potential Usage Policy violation — Anthropic may retain data for up to 2 years for enforcement purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party services necessary to operate the Service, and only to the extent required for their specific function.

Anthropic — AI Provider

Anthropic powers NorAI. When you use NorAI, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for their own purposes. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days. Stripe — Payment Processing

Stripe processes payments for Find Your Focus. When you make a purchase, Stripe receives your payment card details and billing address. We receive only a transaction confirmation, billing country, and the last four digits of your card. For more information, see Stripe's privacy policy.

Clerk — Authentication

Clerk provides our account and login system. Clerk stores your name, email address, and login credentials (or manages your connection to a third-party login provider such as Google). For more information, see Clerk's privacy policy.

Vercel — Hosting and Analytics

Vercel hosts our website and provides anonymized website analytics. Vercel Analytics collects aggregated data about page views, referral sources, and general device information. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users. For more information, see Vercel's privacy policy.

Prisma — Database Hosting

Our database is hosted by Prisma (prisma.io). All user data stored in our database — including encrypted NorAI conversations, account information, and program progress — resides on Prisma's infrastructure. NorAI conversation content is encrypted before it reaches the database; Prisma stores only the encrypted data and cannot read conversation content. For more information, see Prisma's privacy policy.

Resend — Transactional Email

Resend delivers transactional emails on our behalf, such as purchase confirmations and password resets. Resend receives your email address and the content of the email being sent. For more information, see Resend's privacy policy.

ConvertKit — Email Marketing and Newsletters

ConvertKit manages our marketing emails and newsletter subscriptions. If you opt in to marketing communications or subscribe to our newsletter, ConvertKit receives your email address and tracks email engagement (such as opens and clicks) to help us improve our communications. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Drishti Quest, our users, or the public. Note that because NorAI conversations are encrypted with your personal key, we cannot provide the content of stored conversations in response to legal requests — we do not have the ability to decrypt them.

Data Security & Encryption

We take the security of your data seriously.

Your conversations are encrypted

NorAI conversations are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before being stored in our database. Your encryption key is derived from your password — we store only a password-protected version of the key and cannot decrypt your stored conversations without your password. Even in the event of a database breach, your conversation content would remain unreadable without your personal key.

Your data is protected in transit

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers, and between our servers and third-party providers, is protected using TLS encryption.

Automatic session protection

Your encryption key is held only in your browser's memory while you are actively using the Service. Your session locks automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours — at which point you must re-enter your password to continue.

Account recovery

When you set up your account, you receive one-time-use recovery codes that can restore access to your encrypted data if you forget your password. If you lose both your password and all recovery codes, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

What is not encrypted with your personal key

Your account information (name and email address), program progress, and usage data are stored using standard security measures but are not encrypted with your personal key. This data is necessary for the Service to function — for example, to send you emails or track which lessons you have completed.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

Account data and program progress

Your account information, program progress, and usage data are retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we will delete this data within 30 days.

Encrypted conversations

Your encrypted NorAI conversations are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, encrypted conversation data is deleted within 30 days. You may delete all of your data at any time from within the Service.

Anthropic

As described in Section 4, Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days of processing. Conversations flagged for potential Usage Policy violations may be retained by Anthropic for up to 2 years.

Analytics data

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data collected through Vercel Analytics does not identify individual users and may be retained indefinitely.

After deletion

When your data is deleted, it may persist in our encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently removed. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access your data. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@drishtiquest.com.
  • Delete your data. You may delete all of your data, including encrypted conversations, from within the Service at any time. You may also request full account deletion by contacting us at privacy@drishtiquest.com. Account deletion is processed within 30 days.
  • Opt out of marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails and newsletters at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us at privacy@drishtiquest.com.
  • Update your information. You may update your name and email address through your account settings.
  • Data portability. You may export your personal data at any time from within the Service while logged in. Because NorAI conversations are encrypted with your personal key, you must be logged in to export readable conversation data.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses a limited number of cookies, all of which are necessary for the Service to function.

  • Essential cookies. Clerk, our authentication provider, sets cookies to manage your login session. These cookies are necessary for you to stay signed in and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized website usage data without using cookies. No tracking cookies are set for analytics purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not participate in ad networks or cross-site tracking.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not use tracking cookies or participate in cross-site tracking, our practices are consistent with this signal by default.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@drishtiquest.com.

International Waitlist

If you are located outside the United States, the main Service is not currently available in your region. However, you may join our international waitlist to be notified when Find Your Focus becomes available in your area.

If you join the waitlist, we collect only your email address and your country of origin (detected automatically). This information is stored by ConvertKit, our email provider. We use this information solely to notify you when the Service becomes available in your region. We do not share your waitlist information with any other third parties, and we do not send marketing emails to waitlist subscribers. You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link included in any email we send.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the email address associated with your account) or by posting a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
