About Drishti Quest
From lost and anxious to focused and confident.
The Start of Drishti Quest
Drishti Quest was born from a beautiful convergence of passion, purpose, and partnership.
My husband Jonathan and I were both top of our class in grade school, took the path of engineering at top universities, and followed the script for a "good life". We had our own challenges, but both felt that something was always missing, like "maybe once I reach that next milestone achievement, I will feel right."
It never did. The feeling persisted.
As I spent years experimenting with personal development strategies and building my confidence, Jonathan was inspired by my gradual transformation and wanted to try the same. He was in a place of his own transition, feeling the weight of a career path he felt obligated to pursue thanks to his own limiting beliefs. But he didn't know where else to go or what he really wanted.
So I condensed everything I learned into a structured process for him to follow…And the outcome was shocking to me.
His experience with the process was nothing short of revolutionary. It took him some time to process what he discovered and the reintroduction to his core identify after so many years of forcing to be something else. But he felt grounded and "home", like coming back to himself. He's now thriving and learning how to live with integrity to his true self, and our relationship was never stronger.

It was then that he said something that changed everything…
"Nora, you could help so many people."
This has been a beautiful marriage (pun intended) between both of our discovered purposes and guiding principles: my passions for structure and getting to the heart of what matters with Jonathan's passions for self improvement with the latest technologies.
And now here we are—together, we have created a structured transformational program that helps others who feel stuck, lost, or "not quite right" to finally discover their purpose, uncover what they need to rebalance their lives, and learn how to turn aspirations into reality.
Our mission is now to help others find their ways home to themselves too. We believe that if more people are aligned with who they are meant to be, then it will help the world be a more connected, enriching place.
Why "Drishti Quest"?
The name Drishti Quest captures the essence of everything we do.
Drishti is a Sanskrit term used in yoga that means "focused gaze" or "concentrated intention." In yoga practice, drishti is the technique of maintaining focus with your eyes on a specific point to concentrate your mind and find stability in balancing postures. It's about finding your focal point amidst the chaos.
Quest represents the journey—the active, intentional pursuit of discovering who you truly are and what you're meant to do with your one precious life.
Together, "Drishti Quest" embodies our mission: helping you find your focus, your personal drishti, as you embark on the quest towards a life of authentic fulfillment. It's a play on words that perfectly captures the transformative journey from scattered to centered, from lost to found, from performing to being.
Just as a yogi uses drishti to maintain balance in challenging poses, we help you find your focus to maintain balance in the challenging pose of life itself.

The Beauty of Kintsugi
There's a Japanese art form called kintsugi—the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, silver, or platinum. Rather than disguising the damage, kintsugi highlights the cracks, creating something more beautiful and valuable than before.
This philosophy is at the heart of our approach to personal transformation.
Your struggles, your "broken" places, your moments of feeling lost or stuck—these aren't flaws to hide or shame to carry. They're the very places where your greatest beauty and strength can emerge.
We don't believe in "fixing" you because you're not broken. We believe in helping you discover the gold that's already within you—your purpose, your authentic self, your innate wisdom—and using it to create something even more beautiful than you were before.
The cracks in your story become the most luminous parts of who you are.

This is the essence of kintsugi, and it's the essence of transformation: honoring your journey, embracing your wholeness, and allowing your life to become your art.
